These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and the operator of the BN999 platform ("BN999", "we", "us", "our") accessible at https://bn999.cam (the "Platform").

BN999 is an English-language online sports betting and casino entertainment platform designed for adult users. The Platform offers sports wagering markets, live casino services, slot games, table games, virtual sports and associated promotional programmes.

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice. Users in Pakistan are solely responsible for ascertaining whether their access to and use of the Platform complies with applicable Pakistani law, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. BN999 does not represent that gambling is legal, licensed or otherwise authorised by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority, the State Bank of Pakistan, or any provincial authority.

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Account" means the personal user account created on the Platform following successful registration.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a User's Account, comprising real-money funds and/or eligible bonus funds as separately identified in the Account cashier.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, enhanced odds offer, cashback amount or other incentive granted to a User by BN999 under a specified promotional term.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by BN999 to confirm a User's identity, age, and source-of-funds as applicable.
• "Platform" means the BN999 website, mobile site, applications and all associated services accessible at https://bn999.cam.
• "Real-Money Funds" means funds deposited by the User from their own financial resources, excluding bonus credit.
• "Restricted Territory" means any jurisdiction where use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable law. Users from Restricted Territories are not permitted to register or use the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus or bonus-derived winnings must be wagered before a withdrawal of those funds may be requested.
• "Working Days" means Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in the operator's jurisdiction.

To register and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You are registering as a private individual acting on your own behalf and not as a commercial entity, agent or on behalf of a third party.
• You are not a resident of, located in, or accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory.
• You have not previously had an Account on the Platform that was suspended, restricted or closed due to a breach of these Terms.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, agent or close family member of any employee of BN999 or its affiliates.
• You are not suffering from, nor have you previously suffered from, a gambling addiction that has not been disclosed and appropriately managed through our Responsible Gambling tools.
• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, truthful and up to date.

4.1 Registration

Each individual may register only one Account on the Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, payment methods or personal details — are strictly prohibited. BN999 reserves the right to merge, restrict or close duplicate accounts and to withhold any balances associated with accounts found to be duplicates.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party or permit others to access your Account. You accept full responsibility for all activity carried out through your Account.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

BN999 is required to verify the identity and age of its users. KYC verification may be triggered at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, upon reaching a cumulative deposit threshold, or at any other time BN999 deems necessary for security, regulatory or fraud-prevention purposes.

Documents that may be requested include, but are not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (for Pakistani users: a valid CNIC or passport).
• Proof of residential address where required (e.g., a recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence — typically not older than three months).
• A selfie or liveness check image for identity confirmation.
• Source-of-funds documentation where required by the operator's compliance framework.

Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in temporary Account restrictions, including the suspension of withdrawal capabilities, until verification is satisfactorily completed.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, BN999 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

BN999 does not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, force majeure events or regulatory requirements may cause temporary interruptions. BN999 accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform unavailability.

You must ensure that your device, internet connection and software are compatible with the Platform. BN999 is not responsible for data costs incurred while using the Platform, including those incurred on mobile networks. Users in Pakistan accessing the Platform via 4G or 3G networks are responsible for their own data costs.

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Any commercial use, data scraping, automated access, system interference, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform is strictly prohibited.

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to BN999's applicable betting rules for the relevant sport, market or game type. These rules are available within the Platform and form part of these Terms.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is not accepted until you receive a confirmed bet receipt with a bet reference number. BN999 reserves the right to decline any bet, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion without giving reasons, including but not limited to cases where system errors, incorrect odds or suspicious betting patterns are identified.

6.2 Odds and Markets

Odds are displayed in decimal format by default, with fractional and Asian handicap formats also available on applicable markets. Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds at time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet. Live in-play odds move continuously and you accept responsibility for confirming the displayed odds before submitting an in-play wager.

6.3 Errors and Manifest Mistakes

In the event that a bet is accepted due to a manifest error — including but not limited to obviously incorrect odds, technical errors or pricing errors — BN999 reserves the right to void such bets and return stakes. BN999 will not honour winnings arising from manifest pricing errors.

6.4 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void in circumstances including: event cancellation, abandonment, postponement beyond a specified period, or where a market is settled in error. In the event of a void bet, stakes will be returned to the User's Account balance.

BN999 may offer promotional bonuses, welcome offers, reload offers, free bets, cashback and other incentives from time to time. All such promotions are subject to these general Terms and the specific promotion terms applicable to each individual offer.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements, eligible markets, minimum odds, time limits and maximum stake conditions are set out in the specific terms of each promotion.
• Bonuses may be used only on eligible markets and game types as specified in the promotion terms.
• BN999 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotion at any time, with notice where reasonably practicable.
• One promotion per household, per IP address, per device and per payment method, unless otherwise stated.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

BN999 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine risk, the use of multiple accounts to claim promotions multiple times, and coordinated bonus exploitation. If BN999 determines that bonus abuse has occurred, it reserves the right to void bonus amounts, withhold associated winnings and close the Account.

8.1 Deposits

Funds may be deposited into your Account using payment methods available in the Platform cashier at the time of deposit. Available methods are subject to change. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply as displayed in the cashier. BN999 does not accept deposits from third parties — all deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the Account holder's own name.

References to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah on this Platform are familiar Pakistan payment context references only. They do not imply that those providers endorse, are affiliated with, or support BN999 or gambling activities. Payment method availability in the cashier is determinative.

8.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be fully completed prior to any withdrawal being processed.
• The withdrawal account must be registered in the Account holder's verified name — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals will be processed via the same method used for the most recent deposit where operationally possible.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply as displayed in the cashier.
• BN999 does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times. Processing times depend on internal review cycles and the payment provider's settlement schedule.

8.3 Currency

The Platform supports account balances in PKR (Pakistani Rupee) and may also support other currencies as displayed in the cashier. Currency conversion, where applicable, is performed at rates determined by the operator and may include a conversion margin. Users are responsible for understanding the exchange rates applicable to their transactions.

BN999 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. The Platform provides the following responsible gambling tools to all Account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Loss Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the net amount you can lose.
• Session Time Reminders: Set a maximum continuous play session duration, after which the Platform will alert you and optionally end your session.
• Cool-Off Period: Apply a short-term temporary suspension of your Account for a period of your choosing.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for the specified period.

These tools are accessible from within your Account settings. Users who believe they may have a gambling problem are strongly encouraged to use these tools and to seek support from appropriate professional resources in their jurisdiction.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension or closure, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or using the Account of another person.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration, KYC or at any other time.
• Using the Platform in any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, interfere with or gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or other artificial means to access, use or exploit the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of fraud in relation to sports markets offered on the Platform.
• Engaging in any money laundering activity, including depositing funds obtained through illegal means.
• Exploiting system errors, pricing mistakes or technical faults for financial gain.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing BN999 staff, agents or other Platform users.
• Any attempt to circumvent responsible gambling restrictions or self-exclusion measures imposed on an Account.

BN999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, including in circumstances where:

• A breach of these Terms is identified or suspected.
• Fraudulent, abusive or prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected.
• KYC documentation is not provided within a reasonable period of request.
• A User requests Account closure or self-exclusion.
• BN999 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation or a competent authority.
• Continued operation of the Account poses an unacceptable legal, financial or reputational risk to BN999.

Where an Account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, BN999 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the Account balance, subject to applicable law and the operator's AML obligations. Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a breach, real-money balances will be returned to the User via a verified payment method subject to KYC and AML checks.

Users may request Account closure at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Voluntary closure does not waive outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BN999 and its affiliates, officers, employees and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill or business opportunities arising in connection with the Platform.
• Interruptions to Platform availability caused by maintenance, technical failure, third-party network issues, force majeure or regulatory action.
• Errors in odds, settlement or game results caused by data feed failures, technical malfunctions or third-party provider errors, provided that BN999 acts promptly to rectify such errors upon discovery.
• The consequences of a User's non-compliance with applicable local law, including Pakistani gambling legislation.

Nothing in these Terms limits BN999's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

BN999's total liability to any User in connection with these Terms, in any rolling 12-month period, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User during the same 12-month period, subject to applicable law.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, game engines, data compilations and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the property of BN999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The limited licence granted to you under these Terms does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, transmit or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without BN999's express prior written consent.

The BN999 name, logo and all related product and service names are trademarks of BN999. All other trademarks, service marks and trade names referenced on the Platform are the property of their respective owners.

The collection, use and protection of your personal data by BN999 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and should be read in conjunction with them.

By registering an Account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes the processing of identity documents submitted for KYC purposes, transaction data, account activity logs and, where you have consented, marketing communications.

BN999 does not sell or rent personal data to third parties. Personal data may be shared with third-party service providers (such as payment processors and KYC verification providers) acting as data processors on BN999's behalf, strictly for the purposes of operating the Platform and complying with applicable legal obligations.

BN999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, BN999 will endeavour to provide reasonable prior notice — for example, via a notice on the Platform or via email to registered Account holders — before the amended Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 11.

The current version and effective date of these Terms are displayed at the top of this document. Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's license jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including disputes relating to their existence, validity or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the operator's license jurisdiction.
